Privacy Policy

boostmyagents is operated by Breezy Assist. This page explains what we collect, why, and what we do not collect. A boost is a purchase of restricted AI capacity, not a charitable donation; it is non-refundable except where required by law, cannot be redeemed for cash, is not tax-deductible, and expires one year after the boost is confirmed.

What we collect

Supporters (people who buy boosts). Stripe handles your payment through hosted Stripe Checkout, so we never receive your card number. From Stripe we keep a payment reference, the amount and fees, and the developer you boosted. If you add a message, we store it. To limit abuse we may store a keyed, one-way hash of your email or Stripe customer ID, never the email itself.

Developers (people who receive boosts). When you sign in with GitHub we store your public GitHub ID, username, and avatar URL. We do not ask for repository access. We store the identifier and display prefix of your gateway key, never the secret. We record how much capacity each key has used so we can enforce limits.

Everyone. Our servers keep standard logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and debugging.

What we do not collect

We do not read your prompts. Requests sent through the gateway are metered for cost only. We do not inspect their contents, and we do not use them to verify which repository a developer worked on.

How we use it

To run the service: credit boosts, enforce spending limits, detect fraud and abuse, handle disputes, and show public boost badges and dashboards. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Stripe (payments), GitHub (sign-in), Anthropic (model requests, sent under their API terms), and our hosting providers. Each receives only what it needs to do its job.

How long we keep it

Payment and ledger records are kept as long as needed for accounting and dispute handling. You can delete repository recipients from your dashboard. To delete your developer account, contact us; we remove your account and keys but keep the ledger records we must retain. Server logs are kept for a short, rolling period.

Your choices

You can delete repository recipients from your dashboard. To delete your developer account, or to access or delete other data about you, contact michel@breezyassist.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
