Terms of Service

boostmyagents is operated by Breezy Assist ("we", "us"). By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What a boost is

A boost is a purchase of restricted AI capacity assigned to the developer you choose. It is not a charitable donation, not a gift of money, and not a cash payout to the developer. It is not tax-deductible.

Boosted capacity expires one year after the boost is confirmed. Any capacity the developer has not used by then is forfeited. It is not refunded, extended, transferred, or converted to cash.

Capacity can only be used through the boostmyagents gateway with the Anthropic models we currently support. We set the packs, prices, and checkout amounts. Any token figures we show are illustrations, not a guaranteed quantity.

Paying for a boost

Payments are processed by Stripe through hosted Stripe Checkout. We never see or store your card details. A platform fee, currently 5% of the pack, is taken from the pack amount, and Stripe's processing fee is added on top of it. Both are shown before you pay.

Boosts are non-refundable except where required by law. Except where required by law, capacity that has already been used or has expired is not refunded. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at michel@breezyassist.com before opening a dispute with your card issuer. When a card dispute is opened, the boost's remaining capacity is removed from the developer.

Using a boost as a developer

If you receive boosts, you agree to use the capacity in line with Anthropic's usage policies and applicable law. Capacity cannot be redeemed or withdrawn for cash, cannot be transferred to another account, and may be reduced or paused if we detect abuse, fraud, or a payment dispute.

Your gateway key is shown once. Keep it secret. If you lose it or it leaks, regenerate it from your dashboard; we cannot recover the old one.

Your account

Developers sign in with GitHub. We use your public GitHub identity only and never ask for access to your repositories. You are responsible for activity under your account and keys.

Privacy

Prompts sent through the gateway are private. We do not read them and do not use them to check which project you worked on. See our privacy policy for details.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site to break the law, to bypass usage limits, to attack the service, or to impersonate someone else. We may suspend or close accounts that do.

No warranty and limits on liability

The service is provided "as is". We do not promise it will always be available or error-free, and we are not responsible for how Anthropic models respond. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Acceptance

You accept these terms and our privacy policy when you create an account or buy a boost. Both actions require you to confirm this.

Changes and contact
